It is a fact that not all patients with Panic Disorder (PD) and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) respond to evidence based treatments, whereas a fair amount of patients also relapse. This calls for well-considered other treatment strategies. There is evidence to suggest that EMDR therapy is a promising effective and efficient therapy for both PD and OCD. In this webinar we explain the specifics of PD and OCD, and the existing evidence base of EMDR therapy for these conditions Also, we discuss the treatment strategies that may be helpful in these cases, and show how to make proper case conceptualizations and target selections to make the treatment succesful. All of this will be illustrated by means of video clips of patient treatments. The webinar is intended for therapists who have completed the EMDR Basic Training.
